Bordermarkers 316/1 - 321A
This was the last part of a very productive day. After vistiting the tripoint SK-HU-UA south of Cierna nad Tisou and some other parts of the border I ended at the south bank of the Oezj in Lekárovce where I met the very friendly spokesperson of the Border Police in Sebrance.
After that I hiked from the small village Pinkovce on the north bank along the the river Oezj to the North East. When I finished, it almost became dark.
Map 316/1 - 321A
Coming from the north, the border runs in the river Oezj (Уж) for less than two kilometer and then again runs over land to the south.
View to the north
The border comes from the north. In the background you see the edge of the Tatra Mountains. Also remarkable are the cameras on the Slovakian side that cover the whole border. You see them all along this whole border, and they see you as well along this whole border.

In the evening sun I pictured this Ukrainian copy.
Border marker 317
Close to the bank of the river Oezj.
The Slovakian markers mentions the distance to the middle of the river, 54.58 meters.
Border marker 318, not found
I expected this bordermarker to be on the dike north of the Oezj, but it was not there. It definitly will stand somewhere in these bushes, but it was too late to find it. On my way back to the car I met two Border Guards and they confirmed it's somewhere in the bushes, close to the Oezj. That's for a next time.
Border marker 319
On the dike. The Ukrainian copy is not visible, it must be somewhere on the other bank.
Border marker 319
A view of the area. The dike of the Oezj, the cameras. On the right side the bushes and out of this picture the Oezj in which the borders runs.
Border marker 320
Similar situation as for 319.
Border marker 321A
Just oustide the village Pinkovce the border leaves the river. This BM is in the flood plains between the water and the dike. It looks like it will be flooded in winter.
It's another 80 meters to the border in the water.
On the other side of the water I would find BM 321
Set of cameras
Cameras in the flood plains for a view in all directions.
